We have done this many times, and we will be able to let you know what to expect when buying a new home is contingent on selling an existing home.
- Austin Absolute Realty will sell your current home for a discounted listing fee
You still get all of the benefits of a full marketing package to sell your current home. You are not going to be neglected just because the listing fee is discounted.
The idea behind this discount is to be more aggressive on the list price, in order to sell your house fast. Property priced 1%-2% below market will sell much faster and get you into that new home with less worries.
