My husband and I have dreamed of owning our own home for years.
Early on Rodney helped us set goals to achieve our dream. When it came
time, Rodney knew what we wanted and no matter what bumps in the road,
he found a way around them. We move into our brand new home tomorrow and

First time home buyer
Rodney was terrific to work with. As a 1st-time home-buyer, it was a stressful experience for me but Rodney's honesty, patience and experience made an enormous difference. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and he really made me feel like we were in it together as a team as opposed to just being his client. There's no way I would have found such a nice home at such a terrific price without him.

Selling due to relocation
Although we never asked for our hands to be held, I think it's what we needed, and Rodney was there through it all. We sold our house after three weeks on the market, and were successfully able to move into a new home in San Antonio...I really appreciate his work and his follow through. I would definitely recommend Rodney, and would want to use him if we moved back to Austin.
Informative home buying experience
My first home buying experience was very informative. Rodney and his team were there to guide me through every step of the way - from loan process, through insurance, walk-thrus, and assessment. My mind was at ease from my first call, and my questions were tended to every time.

Rodney made selling my home a stress free project. He was right on target with the selling price and very responsive to my calls, emails and texts. Rodney knows good contractors if your home needs touching up before placing it on the market and the lady that stages the house is amazing. Relocating to Austin
Relocated from California and was referred to Austin Absolute Realty from a friend in Austin. Great team to work with, very organized. I worked in particular with Rodney and a lady by the name of Laura on occassion. One of our options was to rent a home until we could find the perfect house to move into, but we learned quick that we better buy asap. Rodney had sent us houses to preview on a daily basis and by the time we got to Austin, we were able to make an offer on a house within a week of arrival and close within 3 weeks. Without Rodney, we would not have been able to have all of the information and resources at hand. I highly recomend him.
